Shipping & Delivery

Once you have finalised your cart with your chosen payment method, your items will be dispatched in 5-7 days, you will receive an email to track your order once the courier has been booked, please allow time for the collection to reflect on the courier's end.

•  Free shipping on orders over $100.

•  Flat rate shipping of $6 for all New Zealand orders.

•  Delivery can take between 3-5 business days depending on your location and an additional 2-4 days if you live rurally.

• If you haven't received your order in 10 days please contact us or our shipping partner Aramex.

• Aramex delivers Monday to Friday, and all of our orders are sent on a tracked, non-signature delivery service. If you require the signature required option or have special delivery instructions please leave us a note when checking out.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our pieces being handmade in small batches, we don't accept returns for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully. We pride ourselves on delivering high standards and quality products to all of our customers.

• Order number

• Photos of the shipping bag and box

• Photos of the damaged product/s
